We're a small, passionate team obsessed with helping therapists and mental health practices streamline their intake process and grow with confidence.
Brent Stutzman
After helping his wife launch her counseling practice in 2016, Brent Stutzman saw the need to help other practice owners build powerful sales and marketing funnels. Since then, he's launched over a dozen private-pay practices nationwide and founded TheraSaaS, a marketing and intake CRM for therapists. Brent lives in Chicagoland with his wife of 23 years and their four children.

Onboarding Specialist and Support Agent at TheraSaaS, dedicated to delivering a smooth onboarding experience and exceptional customer support. He helps clients maximize the platform's capabilities by providing reliable guidance, troubleshooting, and personalized solutions.
Troy Partosa
Troy is a Support and Onboarding Specialist who helps practices successfully implement and adopt their workflow into TheraSaaS. He enjoys streamlining onboarding, building automations, troubleshooting technical issues, and creating systems that improve both client and team workflows.
Nikola Mitrovic
Head of Customer Success at TheraSaaS. I spend my days thinking about strategy and best practices for our customers, but honestly, most of it comes down to the basics: really listening to concerns, following up when I say I will, and making sure people are actually getting value out of the platform — not just logged in and forgotten. If something's not clicking for a customer, I want to know about it before it becomes a bigger problem.

I'm naturally introverted, hardworking, and always enjoy finding solutions that make people's lives easier.
