Let visitors filter your therapist directory by the criteria that matter to your practice. Intake coordinators can use those same website filters while helping callers.

Your internal matching tool can filter by specialty, client age, insurance, location, and availability. We tailor criteria to your practice and help keep clinician information updated. Premium Annual includes internal filtering and website therapist filter matching.

Where My Therapy Flow may be a good fit

Therapy Flow offers a broad range of services beyond its CRM, including SEO, Google Ads management, website management, and practice-growth coaching. That may appeal to an owner who wants a provider to execute ongoing marketing work.

Its managed SEO and Google Ads services are offered at an additional charge. Compare those fees separately from the CRM subscription and your advertising spend. Therapy Flow also advertises marketing guidance; confirm which coaching and support are included in the package you are considering.

Its Basic CRM has a lower advertised entry price than TheraSaaS. That can matter if your requirements are limited and you already have the setup and support you need. Its public pricing page contains conflicting Basic prices, so confirm the current quote directly. View Therapy Flow pricing.

The cost beyond the subscription

Compare phone, messaging, and AI usage charges.

A lower subscription price is only part of the picture. Compare what your practice pays for calls, texts, email, and automation as activity grows.

Customer-facing rates before included usage credits. “Not defined on website” means we did not identify a rate in the Therapy Flow public pricing materials reviewed. Percentage differences use Therapy Flow’s published rate as the baseline and appear only for comparable billing units. Text messages are billed per segment. Therapy Flow also lists a separate $0.075/workflow charge under “Workflow AI”; confirm which published category applies to your use case. The workflow percentage compares premium action executions only. TheraSaaS Conversation AI is token-based at $0.04/token; Therapy Flow lists $0.125/message. No percentage saving is calculated between these different billing units.
