Will I lose my Google rankings when you rebuild my site?
Here's the honest answer: anytime a website gets rebuilt, there's the possibility of a temporary dip in rankings by one or two positions, and that part is out of anyone's control. The good news is that in our experience it usually bounces right back, often even higher. We preserve everything from a technical SEO standpoint, from redirects to on-page SEO, to minimize every possible risk during the move. We also build with local SEO so your ideal client finds you, fast page speed that Google rewards, and AI search in mind so you keep showing up when people look for a therapist.

What do you need from me?
Not much, and that's the point. We build your copy from proven templates or rebuild the content already on your current site, then refine it with you. The one thing we need from you is each clinician's photo and bio details (education, licensure, certifications, clinical focus, and the conditions they treat). How do updates work after my site launches?
Easy, and they're all included. Need a change? Just submit a support ticket and we'll make the update for you, usually within 24 hours. Who qualifies for a free website build?
The free build is included with our Premium Annual plan, or when you upgrade to Premium Annual. Each Premium Annual subscription includes one free website build.
How do I get started?
Submit the website build form, pick your design, and we'll have your new site live in about a month.
Do I have to rebrand or change my logo and colors?
Not at all. Your brand stays your brand. We keep your logo and your colors so your new site still feels like you. We're not here to do a full rebrand. If a small color tweak would help a button or your text convert a little better, we'll suggest it, but only with your okay.
What pages does my website include?
Your build includes a home page, service pages, a team page, individual clinician pages, a blog, a schedule-an-appointment page, and a rates and insurance page, plus the essentials like privacy and terms. We start with your core pages and grow from there. Need more pages later? Just submit a ticket and we'll add them.
Who provides the images?
We do. All your website images (other than clinician headshots) are handled by us using AI and our stock photo resources. You just provide your clinicians' photos and we make everything look beautiful and professional.
Can I make changes to my website?
As many as you need. We refine the design with you until you love it before launch. After launch, your updates are included, just submit a support ticket and we make the change for you, usually within 24 hours.
Is my site mobile-friendly, fast, secure, and backed up?
Yes to all of it. Your site is built mobile-first, so it looks great and loads fast on every device. It runs on secure, reliable hosting with regular backups and SSL security, so client information stays private and your hard work is always protected.
Is my website accessible?
Your site is built with accessibility best practices in mind, including descriptive alt text, readable color contrast, keyboard navigation, and clean structure, so it works well for as many visitors as possible.
What happens to my existing blog content?
It comes with you. We bring over your entire blog and prioritize your highest-ranking posts first. We keep your original URLs and the integrity of your site's filing structure, so you hold on to the rankings and SEO you've worked hard for.
What if I downgrade from Premium?
Your TheraSaaS CRM and your website hosting are two separate subscriptions, so changing your plan never touches your CRM. Website Care is only for Premium Annual members who already received a TheraSaaS-built site and later downgrade their TheraSaaS account from Premium to Essentials or Starter. In that case, you can keep your existing TheraSaaS-built website fully managed through Website Care for $197/month or $1,970/year (2 months free). That covers fast hosting, SSL security, and regular backups, plus your done-for-you updates within 24 hours. Website Care does not include a new free website build. Prefer not to keep it hosted with us? We'll hand over your files and you keep your domain and content.
What about my domain if I leave?
Your domain is always yours, fully in your control, from day one. We never hold the keys to it. If you ever leave, just point it wherever you like and we'll hand you any records you need.
Can I take my website if I leave?
Yes. Your domain and your content are always yours, and any time you can ask for a free one-time export of your raw site files (HTML, CSS, images) to host wherever you like. One thing worth knowing: the files come as-is with no support. Your TheraSaaS features (forms, calendar, and chat) keep working as long as you keep your TheraSaaS subscription and re-add your embed codes on the new site.
